As a leading and innovative chef, i have trained and worked both in the U.S and in the U.K. I bring 10 years of experiences working within the hospitality industry for the Bristol Marriott Hotel as well as partnering in the Cyder Press Restaurant, Devon and at the Birch Hotel & Conference Centre, Worcestershire.
My passion for both food and meeting people comes together to bring you an imaginative and personal service for all your catering needs. I can cater for a simple buffet function to a formal stately dinner within the comfort of your own home or in any location of your choice.
